William W. "Bill" Dillman, Jr., 86 of Gettysburg passed away at the Gettysburg Center on Monday, April 27, 2020.  He was the beloved husband of the late Regina (Wetzel) Dillman, who passed away on October 10, 2017.

Born October 2, 1933 in Gettysburg, he was a son of the late William W., Sr. and Goldie E. (Noel) Dillman.

Bill was a proud U.S. Army Veteran.  He loved taking car trips to Branson, MO with his beloved Regina, and they were avid fans of country music.  Bill also loved to preserve the memories of their travels with his great photography skills.

Mr. Dillman is survived by his sister, Carolyn E. Dillman of Gettysburg, his special niece, Connie L. Ohler and her husband, Guy of Emmittsburg, MD; 2 sisters-in-law: Doris C. Glass and her husband, Jimmy of Emmittsburg, MD and Louise S. Shriner of Fairfield; 1 nephew, James Dillman and his wife, Susan of Gettysburg; 1 niece, Joanne Shindledecker and her husband, Robert of Gettysburg; 2 great-nephews, Brandon and Logan, as well as many other loving family members.

In addition to his wife and parents, Bill was preceded in death by 4 siblings: Robert, Richard, David and Diana.

A memorial service will be held in private.
