Timothy L.
Weyant
Apr 16, 1963 — Dec 2, 2025
Timothy (Tim) Lloyd Weyant, age 62, passed away on December 2nd, 2025.
Tim was born on April 16th, 1963, in York, PA, to Aldine Dolores and Lloyd Weyant. He married his wife, Lisa, on September 16th, 1989, and together they raised two daughters. Tim worked for RH Sheppard for 42 years, taking on many different positions and earning the respect and friendship of those around him.
He was a free spirit with a big sense of adventure. He could always be found on a motorcycle or four-wheeler, conquering roads and hills and traveling across the US to visit family or friends. His goofiness and playfulness were part of his charm, but above all, he was known for his kindness. If a stranger needed help, Tim showed up. He touched the lives of so many and left a memorable impression everywhere he went.
He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, kindness, and a reminder to take on every new adventure that comes your way.
Tim is survived by his wife, Lisa Weyant, his daughters, Denay Shreve and Janel Sheaffer, their husbands Caleb Shreve and Dan Sheaffer, along with his granddaughters Kaylee Shreve and Margaret Sheaffer. His sister Colleen Weyant, many nieces and nephews, and cousins.
A service to honor Tim's life will be held on Friday, December 12th, 2025 from at 2pm at Chapel Hill Church of God; 4521 Oxford Rd. in York Springs. The family will receive friends at the church from 12 - 2pm prior to the service. The family is asking for anyone to share photos by email of Tim for his service. All photos should be emailed to janel.sheaffer@gmail.com. There will be a time during the service if anyone would like to share any special memories of Tim.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Char-Wills German Shepherd Rescue or Woody's Place Senior German Shepherd Sanctuary.
Arrangements are under the care of Peters Funeral Home, Inc. in Gettysburg.
