Obituary

Patrick "Pat" Flinn, 81 of Gettysburg passed away peacefully at The Gardens at

Gettysburg on Saturday, March 23, 2024. He is survived by his loving wife of 60

years, Joy Flinn.

Born August 9, 1942 in Gettysburg, he was a son of the late Joseph and Beulah

Flinn.

Pat was the owner of Pat's Exxon in Gettysburg- was a bus driver and contractor

for Gettysburg school district for over 30 years and was also a Youth Leader at

First Baptist Church. Pat had a deep love of bluegrass and Irish music.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Flinn is survived by three children: Nanci Coscia of

Oceanview, DE, Shawn Flinn and his wife Bethany of Gettysburg, PA and Kelli Flinn

of Hanover, PA.

He was the loving Grampy / "Bumpy" to: Mark Coscia Jr., Mya Coscia, Anya

Coscia, Joseph Garis, Caitlynn Garis, Abigail Garis and Donovan Flinn. In addition

to his grandchildren, he also leaves behind his 6 great grandchildren, Logan, Devin

Jr., Kolt, Karson, Ayden and Octavia.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Josie Lang

A memorial service to celebrate Patrick's life will be held at 11am on April 20th at

First Baptist Church; 1015 Chambersburg Rd. in Gettysburg with Pastor Carl Harris

officiating. A time to gather and share memories with the family will be held after

the service.
