Patricia A. Bussey, 78, of Gettysburg, passed away Friday, April 19, 2019 at home with her husband and sons by her side.  She was the loving wife of Steve M. Bussey, Sr., Gettysburg.  Together they shared 59 years of marriage.

She was born August 18, 1940 in Gettysburg, the daughter of the late Maurice E., Sr. and Gloria M. (Kriembring) Harmon.

Patricia was a caregiver for the elderly and also worked as a cashier at the Gettysburg Junior High School.  She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church, Gettysburg and enjoyed Christian music, riding her bicycle and doing word search puzzles.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons; Steve M. Bussey, Jr. and wife Ellen, East Berlin and Scott E. Bussey, North Myrtle Beach, SC; sister, Shirley L. Ferrey, Bethlehem, PA; granddaughter, Samantha A. Russell and husband Derek and their children Payton and Dominic, Newville, PA and grandson, Stephen H. Bussey and companion Jessica Burns, Atlanta, GA.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Maurice E. "Buzzy" Harmon, Jr. and sister, Sandra Crouse.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 2 PM at the Peters Funeral Home, 321 Carlisle Street, Gettysburg with Pastor Steven F. Baker officiating.  A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will be on Thursday from 1 PM until the start of the service at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg.
