Mary Jane Bollinger's Obituary
Mary Jane Bollinger, 98, of Gettysburg passed away Friday, May 31, 2013 at the Gettysburg Lutheran Retirement Village. She and her husband John W. Bollinger were married 58 years until his death on September 16, 1999.
She was born February 17, 1915 in York the daughter of the late Charles F., Jr. and Margaret E. (Izer) Thomas.
Mrs. Bollinger worked at Tobey's, Gettysburg and was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Gettysburg.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Mary C. Kessel, Fairfield and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles F. Thomas, III and her sister, Anna K. Stites.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 12 Noon at St. James Lutheran Church, 109 York Street, Gettysburg with Rev. Michael E. Allwein officiating. Private burial will in Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg.
