Margaret 'Susan' (Lewis) Mann, 74, of Gardners, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Gettysburg Hospital. She was the cherished wife of Neil A. Mann, with whom she shared 28 beautiful years of marriage filled with love, partnership, and devotion.

Born on March 31, 1950, in Frederick, Maryland, Susan was the beloved daughter of the late William Harvey, Sr., and Elva Mae (Fogle) Lewis. She was known for her quiet strength, unwavering faith, and deep love for her family. Her life was a testament to the power of faith, family, and kindness. She dedicated herself fully to her beliefs.

Susan found joy in the simple pleasures of life — the laughter of her grandchildren, the warmth of family gatherings, and the fellowship she shared with her church community. She will be remembered for her nurturing spirit, her warm heart, and her steadfast devotion to those she loved.

In addition to her husband, Susan leaves behind a loving family who will continue to honor her memory: her sons, Alan Poole and his wife Lyndsey of Gettysburg, Brian Poole and his wife Alisha of Aspers, and Byard Mann and his wife Meghan of Chambersburg; six adoring grandchildren; and her sisters, Julia, Betty, and Helen. She will also be dearly missed by many extended family members and dear friends.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, her two sisters, Mayetta Grace Williams and Mary Ellen Nails, and her brother, William H. Lewis, Jr.

As per Susan's wishes, no public viewing will be held. Following cremation, a celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family, where her life and legacy will be honored in a personal and intimate way.
