Leonta Ann Albright, 53, of Orrtanna, PA, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at home. She was the loving wife of Brian D. Albright for 21 years.

Born August 5, 1960 in Gettysburg, PA, she was a daughter of Kyle Gene Davis of Orrtanna and Nancy Louella (Carrick) Hatcher of Orrtanna.

Leonta was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. She loved animals and was an advocate of the Big Cat Rescues. Mrs. Albright enjoyed riding a motorcycle with her husband, especially during bike week. They also traveled several times a year to the ocean on vacation.

In addition to her husband and parents, surviving are her two sons, John L. Nardella of Lexington Park, MD and Jacob Albright of Orrtanna; and two sisters, Sherry Hatcher of St. Petersburg, FL and Stormy Squires and her husband Justin of Mechanicsburg. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Ethel Herman; two brothers, Troy and Tony Hatcher; a nephew, Brandon Hatcher; and a niece, Brianna Callahan

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Leonta will be held on Friday, April 4, 2014 at 4 pm at Peters Funeral Home, Inc with Pastor Steve Baker officiating. A time to share memories with the family will be from 3 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
