Born December 5, 2003 in York, he was a son of Deanne "Marci" Place, of Bonneauville, and Reginald James Gamble, of Hanover.

Kyree was a member of Mrs. Hahn's kindergarten class at Rolling Acres Elementary School in Littlestown. Always a helper, he loved assisting his family and friends whenever he could. Kyree also looked forward to playing outside. In particular, he liked riding his bike and playing basketball. Family and friends will dearly miss his joyous personality.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are three brothers, Jordan Lee Lomax of Gettysburg, Preston Tyler Gamble and Devin James Gamble, both of York; two sisters, Desiree Maldonado of East Berlin, and Arianna Jazmine Gamble of York; his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Patricia Auguste of Gardners; his paternal great-grandparents, OJ and Francis Gamble of Florida; his maternal great-grandmother, Kathleen Sharrah of Cashtown; two aunts, Danielle Wolf of Lebanon and Angel Auguste of Gardners; two uncles, Ralph Auguste of California, and Rondy Gamble of Hanover.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Howard and Mary Place.

The funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 5, 2009 at the Peters Funeral Home, 321 Carlisle St., Gettysburg, with Pastor Raymand McGee officiating. A viewing will be held between 6 and 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. A second viewing will begin 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg.
