Joanne B. May, 82 of New Oxford passed away at Cross Keys Village on Friday, June 13, 2025.  She was the beloved wife of the late Donald L. May.

Born December 10, 1942 in Gettysburg, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Mary Beamer.

Mrs. May was loved by her family and will be greatly missed.

Joanne is survived by two children: Alan L. May of Hummelstown and Jan L. Elmore and husband James of Biglerville, as well as three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

There is no public service planned.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Peters Funeral Home, Inc. in Gettysburg.
