Genevieve "Jenny" L. Wine, 84, of Gettysburg, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2013 at her home. She was the loving wife of Paul H. Wine who died March 17, 2002. She was born January 20, 1929 in Orrtanna the daughter of the late William "Billy" and Ida (Kump) Chamberlain. Jenny graduated in 1950 from Gettysburg High School and was associated with the Gettysburg and Hanover congregations of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She was employed for 32 seasons with Musselman's, Biglerville and was also employed with Knouse Foods (Gardners, Peach Glen and Orrtanna plants), Mountain Orchard Co Op, Aspers and W.E. Bittinger, Hanover. Jenny enjoyed talking on the phone with family and friends and watching "Jeopardy" and "Wheel of Fortune."

She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Pritt and her husband Eddie, Orrtanna, Darlene Kelley and her husband Dick, Gettysburg, and Juanita Wine, Gettysburg; grandchildren, Joshua Allen Pritt, Orrtanna, Amanda Eileen Kroft and Ryan Lee Kroft, Gettysburg; and great granddaughters, Summer Marie Bigham and Chelsey Eileen Bigham, Gettysburg.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bruce and Ted Chamberlain; sisters, Mary Livingston, Beatrice Black and Helen Trost; and granddaughter, Jessica Ann Pritt.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 5, 2013 at 11a.m. at the Peters Funeral Home, 321 Carlisle Street, Gettysburg. A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will be on Thursday from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Great Conewago Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Hunterstown. Serving as pallbearers will be, Joshua Allen Pritt, Amanda Eileen Kroft, Ryan Lee Kroft, Dick Kelley, Billy Funt and A.J. Cordero.
