Frank P. Caruso's Obituary
Frank P. "Skip" Caruso, 75 of Abbottstown passed away on Monday, November 21, 2011 at the Hanover Hospital. He was the loving husband of Phyllis M. (Runk) Caruso of Abbottstown his wife of 43 years.
He was born February 28, 1936 in Brooklyn, NY the son of the late Patsy and Mary (Altland) Caruso.
Frank served in the U.S. Navy and retired from Caterpillar, York, PA. He enjoyed talking with friends on the telephone and watching TV.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his step-children, Perry Watson, Dover; Wesley Watson, East Berlin; Gwen Kuhn, New Oxford; sisters, Emma Slovak, Brooklyn, NY; Nora Van Daly, Staten Island, NY; brother, Gerard Caruso, Brooklyn, NY; grandchildren, Laine and Lacy Watson, East Berlin.
A funeral service will be held Friday, November 25, 2011 at 1 PM at the Peters Funeral Home, 321 Carlisle Street, Gettysburg with Pastor Ed Brower officiating. A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will be on Friday from 12 Noon until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg.
