Born July 30, 1915 in Berlin, PA, She was the daughter of the late Charles and Nancy (Tipton) Brant.

Mrs. Rentzel was a member of Trinity UCC, Biglerville, PA.

Surviving is a son; Ellis H. Rentzel, Jr. and his wife Marie, Gettysburg; two grandsons; Jason Rentzel and his wife Tammy; Chad Rentzel; one sister; Edna Llewellyn, Berlin, PA; one brother; James R. Brant, Garrett, PA.

She was preceded in death by a brother; Roy Brant.

A service to celebrate the Life of Mrs. Florence Rentzel will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at Trinity UCC, 300 E. York Street, Biglerville, PA 17307 with Pastor George P. Heberling officiating. A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will be on Wednesday from 12:00 to 1:00pm the time of service at the church. Burial will be in Biglerville Cemetery.
