Ethel Mae Dastino's Obituary
Ethel Mae Dastino, 65, of Gettysburg, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the Gettysburg Hospital.
Born February 13, 1952 in Norfolk, VA, she was the daughter of the late Lillie Mae Cherry and Julius Harrison and the adopted daughter of the late Lucille Williams.
Ethel was a people person, loved children and was a friend to everyone. She enjoyed making candles and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her sisters, Otelia Cherry, Emma Simmons and Olivia Cherry, all of Norfolk, VA; friend who was like a sister, Annie Smiley, Gettysburg and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by four sisters and her brother.
The family will receive friends and share memories on Monday, March 6, 2017 from 12 noon to 1 PM at the Peters Funeral Home, 321 Carlisle Street, Gettysburg with a Memorial Service to begin at 1PM.
