David L. "Skip" Brown's Obituary
David L. "Skip" Brown, 70, of Gettysburg, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2015 at his home. He was the loving companion of Annie L. Curtis, Gettysburg.
He was born December 8, 1944 in Brownsville, PA, the son of the late Lester Calvin and Helen Esther (Brown) Brown.
Mr. Brown retired from Knouse Foods.
He is survived by his sister, Helen Waltz, Marion, PA, brothers, Louis Brown, Gettysburg and Lester Brown, Fayetteville, PA and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Patsy Williams, Cindy Rae Jones and Susan Bradshaw and brother Wilbur Brown.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 11 AM at the Peters Funeral Home, 321 Carlisle Street, Gettysburg with Pastor Steven F. Baker, officiating. A time to share memories with the family and an opportunity to view will be on Thursday from 10 AM until the start of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg.
