She was born November 1, 1952 in Hanover, the daughter of the late Elwood and Mildred (Snyder) Miller.

Cindy graduated from Littlestown High School and was a LPN at the Gettysburg Hospital for 36 years. She was a member of Flohr's Lutheran Church, McKnightstown and the Adams County Fish and Game Association. On Monday May 12, 2008 she became a grandmother with the birth of her granddaughter Aubrey.

In addition to her husband, Cindy is survived by her son, Timothy M. Kump of Orrtanna, daughter, Renee Fluman of Millmont, brother, Paul Miller of Hanover, sister, Paula Reber of Gettysburg and granddaughter, Aubrey Fluman of Millmont.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Amie Strausbaugh.

The funeral will be Friday May 16, 2008 at 2PM at the Peters Funeral Home, 321 Carlisle Street, Gettysburg with Pastor Tom Darr officiating. The family will receive friends and share memories from 12 noon to the time of the service Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg. Serving as pallbearers will be Kenneth R. Kump; Paul U. Kump; Earl J. Kump; Kenneth J. Kump; Mark B. Reed and Ed Mitchell.
