Constance L. (Wilkinson) O'Brien, 79, of Gettysburg, formerly of Hanover, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Genesis Healthcare Gettysburg Center.

Born December 18, 1941 in Gettysburg, she was a daughter of the late Charles L. and Mary C. (Storm) Wilkinson.

Constance was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother; she loved her family and cherished spending time with them. Constance attended Delone Catholic High School and played in the band while attending; in her free time, she enjoyed cooking and baking.

Constance is survived by four sons, Patrick O'Brien, Jr. and his wife Lisa, Scott O'Brien and his wife Laurie, Jeffrey O'Brien and his wife Ricki, Shawn O'Brien and his wife Katie; two sisters, Joy Lawrence of San Diego, CA, Cathy Stuller and her husband Mike of McSherrystown; 18 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Constance was preceded in death by two sons, Mark and Christopher O'Brien.

There will be no public viewing. Following cremation, a graveside service to celebrate the life of Constance will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at St. Francis Catholic Church Cemetery, on West High Street in Gettysburg.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
